## The experience
ContractWest3565’s Reddit comment says they paid for a six-month subscription and Broomees sent a house-help worker who allegedly left the next day and did not return. The commenter also alleges unhygienic food preparation and says the relationship manager did not answer calls, had an attitude and disconnected calls. They say they received no service during the subscription period. The comment was displayed as “2y ago.”
## Separate customer-call account: Eshan Anand
The additional case notes describe Eshan Anand’s physiotherapy aide booking in Indore, with an experience date of 4 October 2023. Anand says they expected a punctual start, the listed skills and timely coordinator follow-up. Anand reports that a coordinator promised a same-day adjustment, but two support channels gave them different answers.
The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 2 October 2023. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 3 October. The first scheduled service took place on 4 October, and Anand recorded the concern. On 5 October, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list a service confirmation, call log and two photos of the attendance register as supporting material. A coordinator offered to rearrange the next visit but, according to Anand’s account, did not address every point raised.
Anand reports receiving a partial refund after several support contacts. The outcome was last checked on 12 November 2023. The account was posted on 6 December and updated on 11 December 2023, adding the company response while leaving the earlier service description unchanged. The notes link it to posts about coordinator handoffs during the same quarter.
