## Separate customer-call account: Aarav Anand

The additional case notes describe Aarav Anand’s meal-prep service booking in Hyderabad, with an experience date of 11 March 2024. Anand says they expected an experienced match, notice before substitutions, and a clear cancellation process. Anand reports that a coordinator promised an adjustment that day, while two support channels gave them different answers.
