## The experience

Nancy Gupta’s one-star Trustpilot review says she paid ₹36,000 for a full-time nanny for her one-year-old and was told a nanny would arrive the next day. The assigned nanny appeared untrained and stayed for two or three days. Gupta says the nanny told her she could not handle infants and could manage only children older than four. Her relationship manager promised a replacement, but none arrived after 45 days. Gupta’s refund requests received generic replies and remained unresolved when she posted. The profile shown with the review is based in India and lists one review.

## Separate customer-call account: Kabir Malhotra

The customer-call notes describe a household-help arrangement in Gurugram, with an experience date of 13 January 2022. Malhotra expected a screened worker, a confirmed start date, clear pricing, and a responsive coordinator. The notes report that the assigned worker arrived late, that the duties differed from the sales discussion, and that follow-up calls produced conflicting promises.

The chronology recorded for this account starts with an enquiry and discussion of requirements on 11 January 2022. The worker profile and start date were confirmed on 12 January. The first service visit was on 13 January, when Malhotra reported a mismatch. On 14 January, a request for a replacement or refund was escalated. The notes reference a booking confirmation, two chat screenshots, and a payment receipt.

A support executive acknowledged the complaint and promised an internal review, but there was no immediate resolution. After escalation, a partial refund was offered. The outcome was last checked on 12 December 2022. The account’s post is dated 15 December 2022 and was updated on 20 December 2022. The notes also link this account to two customer accounts describing delayed replacements and unclear cancellation terms.
