## The experience

Yugal Gautam’s App Store review, dated 26 June 2025, concerns a cook service costing ₹14,500. Gautam says that over six months Broomees sent 26 different maids for a service sold as a trained and verified cook. He alleges that many could not cook basic meals, some left after one day or failed to attend the following day, and he had to repeatedly explain the work.

Gautam says several customer-service representatives were assigned without resolving the problem and that the company told him he had exhausted his replacements. He also reports receiving an upsell call. The figure of 26 and the worker-skill descriptions remain Gautam’s account.

## Separate customer-call account: Madhav Anand

The additional case notes describe Madhav Anand’s physiotherapy aide booking in Noida, with an experience date of 13 January 2023. Anand says they expected a punctual start, the listed skills and timely coordinator follow-up. Anand reports that an added charge appeared after confirmation and that a requested written explanation was delayed.

The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 11 January 2023. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 12 January. The first scheduled service took place on 13 January, and Anand recorded the concern. On 14 January, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list a cancellation request, chat screenshots and a coordinator’s follow-up message as supporting material. A coordinator offered to rearrange the next visit but, according to Anand’s account, did not address every point raised.

Anand reports receiving a partial refund after several contacts with support. The outcome was last checked on 8 March 2023. The account was posted on 1 April and updated on 12 April 2023, adding the company response while leaving the earlier service description unchanged. The notes refer to support-channel messages about service continuity and supervisor callbacks.
