The experience

Rahul Barve’s LinkedIn post says he booked a maid service on 31 March and paid ₹9,000 in advance. By 22 April, no maid had been provided. He describes daily follow-ups as ignored or delayed and says he was told the money would not be refunded. Barve cites a cancellation and refund policy that, in his account, allows a refund in certain situations when no suitable helper is found within seven working days. He asks for intervention. The captured post carries the relative time label “2mo”.

Separate customer-call account: Rohan Mehta

The customer-call notes describe a domestic staffing arrangement in Hyderabad, with an experience date of 8 February 2025. Mehta expected a screened worker, a confirmed start date, clear pricing, and a coordinator who would respond to questions. The notes say the worker arrived late, the duties differed from what had been discussed during the sales conversation, and follow-up calls brought conflicting promises.

The call-record chronology begins with an enquiry and discussion of requirements on 6 February 2025. On 7 February, the worker profile and start date were confirmed. The first service visit took place on 8 February, when Mehta reported a mismatch. On 9 February, a request for a replacement or refund was escalated. The notes reference a booking confirmation, two chat screenshots, and a payment receipt.

According to this account, a support executive acknowledged the complaint and promised an internal review, without providing an immediate resolution. After escalation, a partial refund was offered. The outcome was last checked on 12 December 2025. The account’s post is dated 15 December 2025 and its update is dated 20 December 2025. The notes also link it to two other customer accounts describing delayed replacements and unclear cancellation terms.
