Separate customer-call account: Chetan Anand
The additional case notes describe Chetan Anand’s newborn-care helper booking in Indore, with an experience date of 23 March 2024. Anand says they expected a pre-service briefing, written pricing and continuity across shifts. Anand reports that the assigned worker changed at short notice and that the replacement had not received the same instructions.
The chronology begins with a requirements discussion and booking request on 21 March 2024. The assignment and service window were confirmed on 22 March. The first scheduled service took place on 23 March, and Anand recorded the concern. On 24 March, Anand contacted support and requested a remedy. The notes list the profile shared before booking, a support-ticket transcript and a bank-transfer reference as supporting material. A coordinator offered to rearrange the next visit but, according to Anand’s account, did not address every point raised.
Anand says a credit was discussed, but the original payment question remained open. The outcome was last checked on 2 June 2024. The account was posted on 14 May and updated on 26 May 2024, adding the replacement offer while retaining the original account of the first visit. The notes refer to another account about replacement timing and a separate note about billing explanations.
