The experience

ContractWest3565’s Reddit comment says they paid for a six-month subscription and Broomees sent a house-help worker who allegedly left the next day and did not return. The commenter also alleges unhygienic food preparation and says the relationship manager did not answer calls, had an attitude and disconnected calls. Anand reports that a coordinator promised a same-day adjustment, but two support channels gave them different answers.
